• These prices are per villa - maximum 6 persons and 1 infant
• The villa will be clean and ready for you on arrival. Should you need a laundry change or mid-term clean, please request this on the Booking Form
• A deposit of £ 100 is to be paid at the time of booking (non-refundable) the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date
• Arrival time is from 4pm on the date of your arrival, and we request that you vacate the villa by 10:30am on the day of your departure, as this enables us to prepare the villa for other guests. However, we will be flexible and try to help in any way possible.
• Air-conditioning is charged extra - see Booking Form.
• Cots, camp beds, high chairs and Welcome Pack charged extra - see Booking Form.
